What happens with your data.
Short version: this website has no contact form, no newsletter, no cookies and no visitor statistics. It does not track you. You only share personal data with Deci Elevates when you choose to send a message.
Who is responsible
Deci Elevates, run by Denise Roosenhoff, Aruba. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +297 564 5987 or by email through the button on the home page.
What this website collects
Nothing you type. There is no form on this site, so there is nothing to fill in and nothing to store.
No cookies. This site places no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising scripts. That is why you do not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to agree to.
No visitor statistics. No analytics tool is installed.
What happens automatically
Hosting. The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server, it briefly records technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit and your browser type, in order to deliver the page and to block attacks. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf and stores it for a short period.
Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts a Google server, which sees your IP address. No cookie is placed by this.
When you contact us
If you send a WhatsApp message or an email, we receive what you send: your name, your phone number or email address, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, if we start working together, to carry out the work.
WhatsApp is a service of Meta and email runs through Google. Those companies process the message on their own terms; we cannot change that. If you would rather not use them, ask for another way to get in touch.
We keep messages as long as the conversation or the collaboration is running, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for our administration.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not pass it on to advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you once sent a message.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send a message and we will handle it. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can take that to the data protection authority in your country.
Links to other sites
This page links to Instagram and to WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that company applies, not ours.
